FARMHOUSE

Villa Da Vinciis part of theAzienda Agricola Bianchi Carlo projects since 2016, and was born from the idea that others can enjoy our unique landscapes and the wonderful products of this land. Located in a manor house dating back to the early nineteenth century, surrounded by olive trees that we personally take care of, the farmhouse has six apartments, a large swimming pool with large solarium and is surrounded by a fully fenced garden on several levels

ACCOMODATIONS

8+1 people

Apartment of 120 m2 resulting from the renovation of the pre-existing farmhouse, rustic Tuscan style.
Multilevel, has three independent entrances.
On the mezzanine floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette and fireplace.
Direct access to the terrace with pergola.
The apartment has two bathrooms, satellite TV and washing machine.

Apartment of 58 m2 on the first floor with terracotta floor and exposed beams.
It has two entrances, one of which is independent through the terrace equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
Large living room with dining table, sofa bed, satellite TV, double bedroom, bathroom.

Apartment of 53 m2 located on the second floor of the villa, with pool view and shared entrance.
Inside it has a living room, kitchen, sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
In perfect Tuscan style with terracotta floor.

Apartment of 52 m2 on the second floor and with common entrance.
The apartment enjoys a beautiful panorama, with pool view. Inside includes the living room, kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom, double bedroom and satellite TV.
In perfect Tuscan style, the floors are in terracotta.

Apartment of 45 m2 located on the ground floor and equipped with a single entrance.
The apartment enjoys views of the garden and the pool. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom, small bedroom with two single beds, satellite TV.
In perfect Tuscan style with terracotta floor.

Apartment of 46 m2 located on the first floor and with shared entrance.
The apartment has a large terrace equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, two sun loungers and a pergola.
Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom and double bedroom.

OIL PRODUCTION

TheAzienda Agricola Bianchi Carlo produces an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of superior category, obtained by mechanical processes from plants mostly secular in about 20 hectares, cared with much passion, according to natural criteria and in full respect of the environment that surrounds them.
